2. Consultation

Schedule your initial consultation with the Eco-Pure Construction team. There you will learn about our qualifications, recommendations, and other similar projects that have been completed as we cover your wish list and preliminary budget and scope.

3. Quote & Estimate

After the consultation, Eco-Pure will prepare an estimated range for the project(s) discussed and formalize a quote for you to review. If you decide to go with Eco-Pure, we will produce design plans, 3D renderings, and a timeline that helps your project come to life.

4. The Planning phase

Throughout the pre-construction phase, Eco-Pure is your partner as both the big and small details are finalized for your new build or remodel. We can aid you in material selections, make revisions to the scope, and resolve any issues due to pre-existing conditions. You will be introduced to your project coordinator and team.

5. Project Underway

And with that, construction begins! Open communication is encouraged for updates and feedback. Our professionals take pride in their quality workmanship and we only work with vetted vendors whom we trust. As conditions permit, we will follow the presented timeline and check in with you throughout the process.

Depends on the scope of the project and materials desired, but our typical remodeling projects start at $50,000.

Do you have financing options?

Do you demo and clean up?

Yes, Eco-Pure Construction can demo the pre-existing buildings, walls, and materials and will clean up the premises before final quality check and walk through.

What are examples of your green efficiencies?

Whose responsibility is it to obtain permits and schedule inspections?

Eco-Pure Construction is responsible for applying and obtaining building permits. Once obtained the receipt of the costs will be supplied and paid for by the customer.

Will I have a dedicated construction team?

Yes, each project is assigned an experienced project managers and qualified team members to successfully complete each project.

How do I keep informed throughout my project?

During the pre-planning phase, you will be introduced to your project team, including the lead who will be overseeing the progress on a daily basis.

Is there a warranty for your service or materials?

Eco-Pure provides a guarantee for our completed projects.

Each vendor may offer separate warranty options. This will be a part of your final project development plan and discussed again at the completion of the project.

How do you ensure a clean and safe job site?

How do you choose your vendors and materials?

At Eco-Pure, we have a very high set of standards we have been abiding by for nearly 40 years. All partners, vendors, etc. have been vetted for quality.
